Most Helpful Positive

Awesome for holidays/summer

Kaylee

I love this sunscreen- only sunscreen I use on my face. I have the normal and tinted version and the tinted version is quite orange and way to dark for my natural skin tone (I’m very pale and washed out) BUT the colour is perfect for my fake tan which is awesome because on the days that you don’t want to wear foundation and your face doesn’t match your body, all you have to do is throw on this sunscreen! Lasts really good on my oily skin too and does NOT block pores

I'll pass

Neelam

I thought this might be better than the untinted version which left me looking like a ghost. Well, it's not. This also leaves a cast, is thick and very difficult to spread, and also irritates my skin. It dries really quickly and then starts to flake off and will not play with makeup well. Love the packaging though.
  1. Okay

The shade range isn't the best and it sometimes piles up underneath my makeup and it isn't that hydrating. It is good for sensitive skin though. I prefer the uvidea one instead

  4. nice finish, but always breaks me out

    Lauren

I loved this sunscreen when i first bought it, however i have found that if i wear it all day then i wake up the next morning with horrible blocked pores on my cheeks & chin.

It does have very good coverage for a face sunscreen, and a pleasant smell.

  6. Good

    Peter

I love this. I have light/medium skin and this is my everyday sunscreen. It gives enough coverage that I don't need foundation. It is great in humid weather and doesn't leave me oily or dry. The fragrance is nice without being overpowering and no "sunscreen" smell at all.
  7. Love it

    Bette

Cannot sing high enough praises for La Roche-Posay, another great product, absorbs beautifully and the coverage is enough to get away for running errands etc, makes my day off routine so much easier
  8. Cuts out the middle man!

    Maggie

I no longer need to use foundation AND SPF every day! This is a perfect 2 in 1 with decent coverage and UVA & UVB protection. So, so pleased with this product. Couldn't recommend La Roche-Posay highly enough.
  9. Too dark for fair skin

    Madeleine

I have both the tinted and normal version of this sunscreen and unfortunately have to say that I prefer the normal version. I want to love this product, I really do, but unfortunately it is a tad too dark/orangey for my skin tone. The colour of the product aside, I think it is a great sunscreen for combination/oily skin that offers great protection without breaking skin out.
  10. Love this product

    Brooke

This is the best tinted sunscreen I have ever used!!! I have roscea and it works really well to cover and it gives me the protection i need from the sun! I am a bit lazy when it comes to skincare so the less I have to do the better
  11. I am allergic to this

    Bec

I do like the texture of the product and how it dries down. The tint is convenient for a no makeup day if you just want minimal coverage, this however cannot replace the foundation or concealer. I did enjoy using this until I started breaking out like crazy all over my face. Still a good product, just really unfortunate that I am allergic to it.
  12. Best Day Sunscreen

    Day Sunscreen

Love La Roche-Posay products! This is the best day sunscreen, I use daily and it doesn't make you greasy. Best for everyday use. One bottle lasts ages!
  13. Not for me

    Stacey

This didn't work for me. It wasn't a great colour and went patchy and uneven after a few hours and made my cheeks go really dehydrated and my t zone went oily. It didn't sting my sensitive skin or break me out. I would consider trying the un tinted one in summer maybe on beach days only

LP make some of the nicest sunscreen products that I have tried lately. I’ve had issues reacting to other brands but have had no reactions from any of the LP products.

I love this sunscreen. Sinks in easily. Goes well under make-up. Does not irritate my skin. Will definitely re-purchase this product. I only wish it kept my skin more matte as I’m a bit shiny by the end of the day but for an spf with 50+ I’m probably never going to be 100% shine free.
  15. Protective

    Jenna

Great for protecting your face and extra sensitive areas on your body from the damage of the sun. Easy travel size to take anywhere.
  16. Pleasant light high protection which I use as a make up base

    Denise

This product is really light while offering 50+ protection. It was recommended by my dermatologist as I have very fair skin which is prone to skin cancers.
It doesn't feel cloggy or heavy.
  17. nice

    Lara

It protects your skin pretty good and it is water resistant. Perfect for those beach days and summer days where you either go to the beach/pool or you just sweat after a hot day outside. It doesn't dry nor leaves my skin greasy
  18. Fantastic

    Kirsty

I bought the tinted version of Anthelios when it was first released in Australia and the non-tinted version was sold out. While I prefer the non-tinted version, this is still excellent. I'm so happy it is FINALLY available locally.
  19. Anthelios tinted sunscreen

    Felicity

I love this product. I have a skin condition which makes it essential for me to wear sunscreen, and in particular an anthelios formulation. I was hesitant at first because I have sensitive skin, especially to sunscreen and I already had a tried and true foundation. I could not be happier with the finish and the feel of this product. The non greasy, matt finish doesn’t look at all like sunscreen and the colour is quite a natural one, with a very smooth finish. At first it appears a little expensive, but it’s actually cheaper than the foundation I previously used.
  20. Not worth the price tag.

    Jessica

I purchased this in a pinch at my local Priceline as it was 40% off and I’d heard good things about the brand.

The tinted variety is not great at all and I regret buying it. Whilst it does mattify my skin and give the illusion of airbrushed coverage (from a distance), up close it is streaky and patchy. It is almost impossible to get it all rubbed in and you are inevitably left with streaks. Given that I bought the tinted variety to avoid having to wear foundation, the work required to put this on is definitely not worth it!

I will try the non tinted version next time the brand is on sale, and will keep using the tinted version for working out outside or other activities where I’m not going to be too worried about streaks.
