Really happy with this colour.

I have been using Excellence Creme for years and always happy with the consistent results. Since the formulation change my hair is brassy (certainly not ash, which it's supposed to be) and the greys aren't covered nearly as well. I'm so disappointed that now I'm having to look for a different product that will do the job Excellence Creme used to do.I love the shampoo!!
I love the new shampoo that you have put out instead of that horrible protecting cream. I like to know that I have washed out any residual colour plus that’s what the salons do, they shampoo your hair after the colour. Please don’t go back to that yucky cream. My hair feels so clean now after colouring. Thanks L’Oréal!!Good
I usually don't use boxed dyes but due to the lockdown this year I have turned myself to box dyes. I previously had blonde highlights done and when my roots started showing up, I used this colour and it actually came out really good. I was set for about four weeks before re-dying it again. I have natural brown hair.
