I felt more energised and less bloated after taking this but didn't see any improvements in my skin, hair or nails. Perhaps I didn't take it for long enough. The taste is also okay.Not amazing
This actually doesn’t taste too bad, a kind of chalky-berry. I would recommend shaking this up, rather than mixing it, as the clumps don’t mix as well, and you can feel the clumps getting stuck in your throat. The sachets also feel quite wasteful.
