Its a strange concept to wrap your head around- it tastes ok, leaves your teeth feeling clean, but difficult to make part of your daily routine.Strange
I did not like the texture of this product, probably great if you like oil pulling but not nice if you're not into that. The mint part was great. I got a sample pack and tried one but gave the rest away.Made my chompers feel so clean
I received a sample of this. It made my teeth feel so clean after using it! I agree with the other comments that the sachets are useful but it would be good if they also had it in jars to reduce wasteinteresting to try
The taste of the oil is OK but it does feel weird in your mouth and is solid in coder weather- warms to liquid almost immediately in your mouth. It did make my teeth feel like they were resisting acidic foods a bit better, so that may be where the whitening comes in. The oil sachets are easy to use but not that eco friendly. Definitely do not spit in the sink or toilet! I have always been curious to try oil pulling and it does seem to make teeth easier to clean thoroughly and my gums liked the feeling. I have wanted to try oil pulling. I received the 5 day trial of this and was pleasantly surprised. I don’t think 5 days is long enough to see amazing results but my breath is a lot fresher. I found the taste to be pleasant and the packets to be really convenient. I think it’s important to note the fact that you should not spit this in the sink/toilet as it can harden and clog drains.Easy
