Does not melt down waterproof makeup thoroughly. Instead of cleaning off eye liner and mascara, it smudges it and the makeup would stay on skin. To fully wipe off waterproof makeup, it requires a little effort to pinch it off your skin, which is definitely not recommended.Nice cleansing tissues

Please do be aware that they do hold a lot of moisture and are quite wet, so be careful when removing eye makeup, as it is a little difficult to keep all the moisture from coming off the wipes and into the eye, and the product was quite irritating (as any product would be if it got into the eye).

I dont use cleansing tissues to cleanse my face, but I love keeping them around when I need to remove something quickly. These are very nice and soothing. Not too harsh on the skin either.Very affordable
I don't use this everyday but having these around the house can prove to be quite handy on days when I'm too tired to reach for my cleansing balm.
