I usually use the restructuring mask and bought this after I bleached my hair. I am really happy with it in terms of how it hydrates my hair but the smell is not quite as delicious as the restructuring mask. It still smells good though!Good

I actually have blonde hair so I can't say how well this stuff works for protecting your colour. I received it in a after treatment pack of fanolas. I just use it as a regular deep conditioning mask and it works great. It smells really nice and leaves my hair soft and more mangable especially with my curls.
