didn't cut it
I wanted to like this but it just didn't deliver. I found it didnt remove all my makeup and found it a bit to fragrant.

Unfortunately, this makeup remover was not as good as I hoped. It doesn't remove all makeup and as I have dry skin, it felt greasy and harsh. The fragrance is quite strong and it left residue after application. This product does a really good job at removing my make up. I have to use it maybe twice and wipe off with a cloth but it removes everything! Skin doesn't feel dry afterwards either.Super gentle and effective
I love this product. It is super gentle on my skin and leaves it feeling moisturised rather than dry. The pump makes it easy to control the amount dispensed and even more sensitive, red areas of my skin have never been irritated by this product.Great

I recently received this as a sample and I like the product. It removes eye makeup really well and does not leave a residue. The only downside is you do have to use quite a bit of product. I will be purchasing a full size bottle of this when the sample runs out.Good

I love all of Estee Lauder products except this one. I try use it to take my makeup off and it lifts some of it but it seems to be waterproof and doesn't come off in the shower it kind of just moves the makeup around and then I need to use a heavy duty cleanser for my face to feel clean and fresh. I really do not understand this product!didn't cut it

I received a deluxe sample of this and it just wasn’t for me. I prefer Bioderma’s Micellar Water for removing makeup. This seems slightly tedious compared to that and it doesn’t get rid of makeup as well. I love so many of estee lauders products, unfortunately just not this one.delicate yet powerful

I received a sample 30ml of this. It’s heavily scented so I don’t think it’s suitable for sensitive skin. I feel it doesn’t actually take off all my makeup either without having to use a fair amount of it.

I like how this is a makeup remover in lotion form. I have sensitive skin and some makeup removers tend to be to harsh but this nourishes my skin at the same time. It makes my skin feel clean yet lightly moisturized. It does have a scent which can be irritating to some people but I don't mind it.I hate it
Barely works at all. Its so disgusting and oily on the skin, and smells VERY perfumey/chemically. Don't buy this. Ever. Felt suffocating using this. Maybe it was the sample? Not sure. But I hated it. Never again, Estee! Use micellar water next time.Great make up remover
