Most Helpful Positive

Super rich

Love this product I have super sensitive skin and it calms and hydrates really well
  1. Spot treatment

I find this product really thick and too thick for all over my skin.
My skin is known for its dryness and because of that it can get red and irritated - I use this cream like a spot treatment only for the irritated areas and I find it hydrated the dry areas and makes them less irritated.
  2. Super rich

Love this product I have super sensitive skin and it calms and hydrates really well
  3. Super hydrating and nourishing

I purchased this after sampling and absolutely loved how it made my dry flaky skin feel. Unfortunately since I have discovered creams with lanolin seemed to be giving me a reaction on my face. I will continue to use this on dry spots on my body though. Just be careful anyone with dermatitis.
  4. Fabulous

Fabulous for any itchy spots and really helps relieve any itchyness
  5. Amazing healing powers

I love, love, love Creme Intex. I get itchy elbows and a nervous rash on my elbows extending out onto the lower outside of both arms. This product has helped heal and control this rash. It smells a bit fishy (the cod liver oil in it) but that smell dissipates quickly - a small price to pay for the extraordinary healing powers it possesses. I also use it with success on small cuts, scratches or dry skin patches. Only a very small amount is needed and I rub it in to effected area morning and night.
  6. So nourishing!

Super hydrating for any dry patches that crop up and great if you’re dry under the eye area! A little goes a long way too!
  7. My skin hates Ella Bache!

I tried a huge range of Ella Bache products and my skin reacted so badly (breakouts, redness etc) that I had to take the whole range back and get a refund.
  8. I love this product and oldie but a goodie

This is the only product that removed a hard tissue on my face, I thought I would have to go to a surgeon to have it removed but 3 months of intensive use and it went on its on... This is an original product from Ella Bache and its the best...Love it and use it every day.
  9. Super hydrating balm

Love this richly moisturising cream. This cream is a lifesaver in the cooler months. I use this as an overnight mask throughout winter to restore the moisture in my face. This is an instant fix for dry flaky skin and leaves my skin feeling plump and hydrated.

I'm 43 with oily to combination skin.
  10. An old fave

Ella Bache is the company that proves that the efficacy of a product is more than its list of ingredients. Looking at the ingredients of Crème Intex, anyone would think "what?" - petrolatum, lanolin, peanut oil, cod liver oil??? Most of these are also in Ella Bache's zit cream (Crème Intex no. 2) and zit masque (Masque Intex no. 2) as well.

I'm glad I wasn't as obsessed with ingredient lists 20 years ago as I am today, because all of these products are AWESOME. I have no idea why or how the mineral oil and lanolin doesn't break you out, but it simply doesn't. This is a great product for irritated and stressed skin, and it actually works. Don't let the ingredients put you off!

  11. A really rich repairing cream

I purchased this to help with some dry patches on my skin from the cold weather (I have combination skin, prone to occasional breakouts and also dry patches at times). If you're going to use it under makeup use it sparingly or you will look too shiny. Aside from adding much needed moisture to my skin, this cream has antibacterial properties and didn't break me out. It has been a lifesaver and cleared up my dry patches and flaky skin and soothed any breakouts. I would definitely recommend, my only issue with the product is that it is in a heavy glass jar which isn't great for travel.
  12. Great for dry, sensitive "winter skin"

This is my go-to product for winter when my skin has a tendency to become dry and sensitive. It's not a new product, so it doesn't have the anti-aging properties found in most modern moisturisers. It doesn't plump anything up, or fade pigmentation or exfoliate anything. It just makes your skin feel comfortable, and who doesn't like to feel comfortable in their skin!
