Most Helpful Positive

Nice and gentle

DH

This product is so light and soothing. It has helped with inflammation and angry redness. It is a 'watery gel' like texture, smells very light and aloe. Not hydrating enough for cooler times but definitely light for the warmer days.

Good Balm but does little for Acne!

Eve

I read wonders about how great this soothing balm was. I have some moderate acne concerns and also dry sensitive skin on my arms. I've been using it for a couple of months and it hasn't done a great deal to soothe my arms or reduce my acne. On the other hand it doesn't irritate my skin either, but it's not as effective as I hoped it would be.

  2. Amazing product, really helped with my sensitive skin breakouts

    Erin

Can't rate this product highly enough. I've always had very sensitive skin & break out in rashes on my face quite regularly. I've been using this product for about three weeks and have noticed a HUGE difference. It is more of a gel and I find it takes a bit of time to absorb so it's best used at night before bed.
  3. very hydrating

    Sally

It is definitely slightly more expensive, but worth it for the great quality! I found an improvement in my skin’s texture after regular use.
  4. Beautiful

    Rebecca

Awesome product - onto my 2nd jar. Great for soothing eczema and dry skin to help with itching and redness. Sometimes my skin has felt too sensitive for a cream and this is the only thing it can handle. Also amazing for sun burn!
  5. Great

    Yos

This does what it says, it calms skin. It also helps with pimples I just find the consistency of this frustrating. It’s so hard to get out of the bottle, it really needs to be in a different container. It’s not a cream it’s a strange soft jelly so it’s hard to grab into with your fingers.
  6. Good for Soothing Sensitive sun exposed skin

    Annie

Find this a very handy cream to have on hand and use it frequently particularly in summer. It is more gel like and feels slightly cooling so is good to use if my fair skin has had too much sun or sunblock during the day, it just calms and soothes. My daughter even finds it good to soothe Rosacea flareups and dryness on her cheeks.
  7. Works!

    Alex

This isn't intensely soothing but it definately helps to calm mildly irritated skin. It's a soft gel like consistency and I do really like it. If you have sensitive skin, I'd definately recommend
  8. Good but expensive

    Katherine

This is a nice gel, not sure why it's called a balm, the consistency is really that of a gel. But it is nice and calming and I like to use it as a base serum before applying a heavier moisturizer. I like it but it's expensive! Wouldn't really use it by itself either.
  9. Pretty good

A really great soothing balm! makes my skin so soft and supple which I love! great for dry patches and itchy skin
  10. Soothing!

    Amanda

I have combination/sensitive skin and have tried using this balm in various ways. It hasn't really assisted in improving the little bit of acne I have. However, I did have a weird itchy spot on my arm, and when I put it on that, it felt more calm, so the balm is indeed soothing!
  11. Won over!

    Kirsty

I thought I'd hate this, for some reason, as I'm usually not a fan of this kind of skincare - but this is a really nice, soothing balm which doesn't smell too intense or irritating. I've started using it on my dry hands in the middle of winter.

  13. Face Saver!

    Louise (Adore Beauty Staff)

I recently went out in the sun for a little too long without applying my sunscreen - terrible mistake! - and my face did get burnt but luckily I had this product to help soothe my burn instantly and reduced the redness within a day. It was a mini life saver and I'm definitely going to make sure I stock up on this product for summer. :-)
  14. Must have in your first aid kit !

    Yana

I love it and use it for myself and even my little kids when I have a cut, rash or bites. I also use it for the nappy rashes and any other rashes on my 2 years old and 5 months old. This balm works wonders in no time. I highly recommend it especially if you have kids as it is safe to use on them because of all the natural ingredients that this balm contains!
