For someone who suffers hyperhidrosis i do sweat a lot in face area, like really lot, so i tried many moisturizers from oily type skin to dry skin, cream to gel, water based but none work, i just stop wearing moisturizer cause fed up already with my condition, but one day this product just come across to me in web, so i decided to try, its so so so good. It just absorb into my skin my skin feel so moist, hydrate and not feel like mushy at all when im sweat.

Contains silicone

Jessica

This contains dimethicone as the second ingredient after water. So it contains a silicone that makes the skin appear smoother, but is not beneficial for skin health.
I got a mini size of this and although it makes my skin feel and look smooth, over time this will most likely not be good for my skin.
With all the better products out there I don't see a need to purchase a full size of this.
I don't understand why Clinique would have skincare with silicones when their brand is all about being good to the skin, dermatologist recommended etc.
I use silicones in my primer to make my makeup apply better, but I don't want it in my skincare too, it will clog my pores and cause blackheads.
And the name confuses me, the only thing that's "Dramatically Different" about this lotion is the colour, and why is that such a big marketing focus?

  2. Absorbs wonderfully!

    K

This Moisturizing Gel absorbs into my skin exceptionally well and sits great underneath make up! Great product Clinique!
  3. Lovely!

    Chan87

I received a sample size of this product when purchasing another full sized Clinique product. I normally use the Clinique ID moisturiser gel. I took this product with me when I had a weekend away and loved it. It absorbs into the skin quickly and leaves it feeling smooth and soft. Will definitely consider buying this instead of the gel next time.

  5. great

Ive tried the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising lotion one because that what I was recommend at the time but after trying the gel one I love it more. It does not have weird smell, non sticky and hydrating.
  6. Perfect for sensitive skin

This product has worked wonders on my skin. I'm allergic to most of the drugstore moisturisers marketed for sensitive skin, including Cerave and Cetaphil. They all made my skin dry and itchy. I was a bit nervous to try this product at first but my skin loves it. It's moisturising enough to be used in winter but is not greasy at all. The only downside is that it doesn't prevent excess shine, which ...

This helps keep my oily t-zone drier for longer. Its a shame there’s no SPF.
  8. Great choice

    Akanksha

This is a great option for oily skin type people. Smooth texture and goes on easily, can act as a primer. I love it because Clinique has invested in a non-comedogenic formulation.

A lot of people call it basic, it will surprise you that 100% of all moisturisers do just one thing-seal the natural moisture of your skin from escaping- that's it! Brands market their moisturisers as life-c...

  9. Great for oily skin

    Maddison

I have oily skin and I love this as it absorbs quickly and my skin is left feeling soft and smooth. There is no residue or shine left after applying. I have made it my go to cream for morning moisturising
  10. Would be better for oily skin?

    Carly

Wasn’t really hydrating enough for my skin when I used it. Skin was good for five minutes then I felt like needed more. Not bad...but not great

  12. Great for oily skin!!

    Di

A classic moisturiser! It provides the right amount of moisture, without leaving skin sticky or oily! Great under makeup and doesnt clog pores!
  13. hydrating and lightweight

    moonlightari

this gel is soo lightweight and is refreshing to apply. on my dry skin though I found the hydration from this didn't last so I would use this in the mornings and moisture surge at night. have since switched to cruelty free alternatives though
  14. Live by it!

    Isobel

I swear this is the only reason that I never had break outs as a teenage girl! I used the three step pack with cleanser, soap, and this, and have used it ever since!
  15. So lightweight

    Kylie

This is such a good moisturiser for combination to oily skin. The gel is hydrating and fast absorbing without being sticky. Perfect under makeup.
  16. Still love my embryolisse lait-creme concentre more

Decided to purchase this when i was looking for a moisturiser for my oily skin. Read a lot of positive reviews hence decided to give this product a try! I bought this together with the other 2 product as a 3 step skincare for my oily skin. Overall, not too bad. Still am monitoring. I also use this before i apply my make-up. So far loving it! Does not make my face oilier than it already is^^
  17. geat for oily skin

    KATE

I have oily skin and I love this as it absorbs quickly and my skin is left feeling soft and smooth. There is no residue or shine left after applying. I have made it my go to cream for morning moisturising
  18. In my top 5 moisturisers

    Ashleigh

This moisturiser would definitely rank in my top 5. It has a silky smooth texture and glides onto the skin easily and absorbs quickly, leaving the skin feeling hydrated. Even though this is suited to oilier skin types and I have outgrown my stubborn teen skin, I would use this because it does not leave a conspicuous shine like some face creams do.
