Do we really need an eye-cream?

Akanksha

I'll tell you this-All eye-creams are usual moisturisers with a lower concentration of active ingredients, marketed as eye-creams. I am a skin health fanatic and follow a few dermatologists. All of them have one thing to say- eye creams are a marketing gimmick. If you use a good and occlusive moisturise and a sun-protection, you don't need anything else. All your skin issues around the eye start with sun damage and lack of hydration. That being said, Clinique, besides Cetaphil, Cerave and QV, is my go-to brand I trust it with all my heart. If you are going to buy an eye cream, buy Clinique's.
  1. Expensive but Replenishing

    BB

I love how lightweight this eyecream is! While it is a little too expensive for me to buy very often, it doesn't feel greasy whatsoever and leaves my under eye area feeling soft and moisturised. It also doesn't make my eye makeup slide off like other eye creams.

  3. Bit expensive for what it does

    KATE

It leaves my skin feeling nice and smooth but doesnt really remove dark circles, I noticed a slight reduction in puffiness but probably wont repurchase as I dont think its worth the money.
  4. It’s Great

    Grace

I found this product helpful. It definitely helps with the bags under my eyes. I use it on some age/sunspots as well. It has helped to lighten those too.
