Must Have Cleansing Tool
I bought this device nearly two years ago for my oily acne-prone skin when the Clinique version that I had bought didn't work properly. I immediately noticed how much cleaner my skin was. When removing makeup, I use makeup remover wipes or micellar water but find using the Clarisonic afterwards makes sure that my face is completely free any traces left behind. I use the Clarisonic twice a day in the shower and have never had any problems with the device.

The only slightly annoying thing is having to replace the brush head, which cost $35 each or $59 in a pack of two. Still, each head lasts about a month. When I made the purchase initially, I was worried about bacteria building up in the bristles, but I have been impressed in that the claims that the bristles prevent bacteria build-up seem to be true. I never go anywhere without my Clarisonic and will definitely replace it if it ever dies.

In terms of acne treatment, I wouldn't say that the Clarisonic cures acne all by itself but it is the best way to clean the skin before other acne treatments such as clay masks, lotions, creams etc. I personally cleanse with the Clarisonic, apply witch hazel and the Love System moisturiser before using the Neutrogena light therapy mask. This routine has cured my acne.
  1. amazing set

absolutely love this set and the brush cleanses the face excellently. Is way overpriced though because of other lightly not as good versions out there

  3. A thorough, gentle cleansing tool.

I have very sensitive skin and I've been on a quest for a very long time to find a way to thoroughly cleanse my face without stripping the goodness out of it or having aggravated reactions due to irritation. I also suffer from eczema on my face as well.

I came across the Clarisonic some time ago through Tati, as I'm sure plenty of people do, but due to the expense of it, I sat on the fence for a long time. I did my research, read and watched a lot of reviews, but I've had so many fails in the past that part of me just couldn't justify spending more money on something that may not work for me.

I ended up getting the Clarisonic Smart Profile because I figured that if I was going to get a Clarisonic, I was going to go all in and I liked the timer features along with the Smart brush options. Along with the device itself, I picked up the sensitive brush head to use.

The first time I used the Clarisonic, it was clunky but it's since become easier to use. I enjoy taking it in the shower with me to use as part of my cleaning routines in the morning and it makes my night time cleansing rituals so much better.

You don't have to drive the Clarisonic which is something I love. You guide it around your face and let it do all the work for you. I find it cleanses my face very thoroughly, though the ridges around the bottom of my nose aren't the easiest for me to get to.

I find that my face is very clean and that the skincare products that I apply after seem to be working far better. I am experiencing less redness and irritation, and the flaking that I get from the eczema is more minimal. I appreciate that the timers ensure that I don't overwork my face unnecessarily as well, and while I always appreciate a second cleansing with enriching oils to nourish my face, it's not necessary now.

I definitely recommend the Clarisonic Smart Profile. Using the appropriate brush heads, it works amazingly well for me.
  4. Hmmm!

I am kinda half half about this purchase. I purely purchased this to use it for the foundation brush which I love. However as a cleansing system I’m not sure because I still have my foreo. And the fact the each replacement brush is $35 that kinda annoys me & this device isn’t cheap.
