Nice, but highly-fragranced
I thought I'd try this luxurious serum for winter. It's a nice product, but a bit highly-fragranced for me. I prefer Clarins' Double Serum.Another great item from Clarins

I received this product as a sample which I got about 2 uses out of. I would definitely describe this as a night time nourishing moisteriser for dryer or more mature skin types. The oil component feels amazing on the skin, combined with the moisteriser it feels like silk on the skin. When I woke up the next day my skin was so smooth and felt 'renewed' I will certainly purchase this in the future.soooo soft

I received some samples of this, at first I thought it was too oily for me as I have oily skin. But after a few minutes it absorbed well, and my skin felt lovely, hydrated and soft all day.Nice combination

I got this as a sample, review is based off one use only. I agree with another reviewer who said that although the product is called lightweight it actually feels quite thick and heavy on the skin. I think the mix of the oil and cream is a little gimmicky and I personally prefer just a facial oil. It sat on the skin rather than absorbed in nicely. It's a little confusing as it says oil-emulsion so I was expecting something lighter.
It initially feels very light, the texture is light and the moisturiser sinks in immediately. Then you're left with the oil on your face and it feels like a typical facial oil- oily.

I was given a sample of this and I will definitely be purchasing it. I find this was really effective for dry skin, especially during the winter months. It just gives the skin the hydration it needs. My skin looks so youthful and healthy after I use this.
