Okay but prefer the volumising paste

Gabrielle

I first got the volumising paste and conditioner and I love them, so I wanted to try the this shampoo as well. It wasn't bad but it felt a bit 'thin' - didn't leave my hair as clean or as full-feeling afterwards. I still have it but don't really use it, I prefer the paste.
  1. Nice Smell

Got a sample of this. It smells like rose. Really nice smell.
  2. Awful

    MrsG

So disappointed with this shampoo. I have previously always used Kerastase for years but thought I would try something different as I had heard good things about Christophe Robin products. This product leaves your hair heavy and feeling like it needs a good cleanse. A complete waste of $67. I have gone back to my trusted Kerastase shampoo which has left me hair lightweight and shiny with body!
  3. Love the scent

    Nicole

When you go to wash your hair and you end up smelling like roses.

A while ago, I received a sample of this volumising shampoo but I wasn't planning on using it just yet.

I have to admit, the rose extracts made it sound pretty amazing and the fact it's for fine, coloured and sensitive hair, I decided to try it in place of my regular shampoo.

Well, I'm so glad I did because it smells beautiful. And the fact I get a faint whiff of rose every time I move around? Bonus!

this is a nice kick start to getting that volume in your hair without drying or appearing too full.

  8. Amazing but expensive

    LAuren

I was lucky enough to receive a sample of this product, yes it was amazing, and my hair was soft, shiny and had more volume. It smells fabulous, like roses. But whilst it did make my hair a little nicer I didn’t think it was good enough to justify the price.
  9. Good

    Simon

Yes, this shampoo is expensive, but it's so worth it. I have fine, straight, delicate hair and this shampoo works miracles with it. With this shampoo my hair has full body and styles easily, and holds the style until my next shampoo.
  10. nice volumising shampoo

    Roy

I received this as a sample in my last order. It smells beautiful and clean, of rose, and lathers well after the first rinse (I usually find this to be the case with many SLS free shampoos!) It is very volumising, and leaves a nice texture in the hair without weighing it down at all. I didn't use conditioner with this as my hair is quite soft, but I feel like for dry/ damaged/ tangled hair, you'd need one.
  11. Not Great.

Was so excited to try this product and after reading the Adore review, I was full of high hopes.
First wash my hair was magnificent. Dense, full, bouncy...
Alas, after a few more washes it could best be described as fly away fluff. It is stiff and curiously it does not hold style well even after using ceramic heated tools.
Worst of all, my scalp has started to itch, bordering on burning and dandruff has appeared. My colour has significantly lightened and my hair has lost its sheen, appearing dull and matte.
On the flip side, it smells amazing.
Over all, I am disappointed with the product. Probably would best suit lighter or natural hair colours and when used occasionally. Given I purchased all the volumising products, it was a significant investment that has not paid off.
