Well, because it’s also normal to have a few hang ups about parts of our bodies too, and wanting to feel like you're at your healthiest. I'm all for moving in the direction of body positivity, which for me is about the ways in which I feel confident - not about what others think of me.
As I mentioned, I know that my cellulite isn’t going to ever disappear completely - and I’m not going to lose sleep over it, or spend thousands of dollars on treatments. In any case, from all the research I’ve done, no single treatment is completely effective.
But as I get closer to my upcoming beach holiday, I wanted ensure I was feeling myself in a pair of bikinis, so I tried a couple of methods for the sake of research and decided to report back.
My 3-Month Routine:
Firstly, I rejoined F45 after my winter hiatus and started going at least 3 times a week. I noticed my cellulite becoming more pronounced when I stopped exercising altogether. Not only is exercise good for the mind, it can also help prevent or reduce the appearance of cellulite.
