I found it to be pungent and it lingered for far too long. The claims to be fragrance free are false. This is a very heavily perfumed product.Best matte base

It is a nice hydration for someone with sensitive skin it is a lightweight moisturizer great for the summer., I use all Avenue products since a developed eczema early on.Not bad

I love this cream because it is really light on the skin but still hydrates when my skin is dry. I find it is better to use in Summer though rather than in winter when the weather is really harsh.Light and Lovely

Great no nonsense gentle moisturizer
I love avene products because they are great quality and gentle on sensitive skin. I find they do exactly what they say they will do with no nasty after effects, I have never had one of their products break me out. This is actually what it says...a gentle light moisturuser. I've been using this moisturiser for a little over a year now and really enjoy the texture and hydration I receive from this light cream. However as I said in the title of my review, I wish there was an option that contained an SPF.Lovely
I'm a huge fan of the Avene "clear" range, but use this moisturiser at night when I need a bit more "oomph." Especially in the winter when my skin tends to dry out. It's still light, so good for not aggravating breakouts, but thick enough to help hydrate my skin in the winter months.Better options out there
I have very sensitive skin and so I have only given this three stars simply because I think there are better products out there for people like me. I this case I recommend the la Roche posay toleriane ultralight cream (available here on adore) as a light every day base instead because it causes no irritation. I've been trying to stay away from creams with a strong fragrance and this one from avene has become a fast favourite. It's hydrating but not too thick and I love how it's unscented.

This light weight moisturiser is all round perfection. It sinks in quickly with no sticky or tacky residue at all. I like using cream moisturisers alot and while this is light and hydrating, it still feels a bit too light for my skin, especially for a night routine. I'd recommend this for sensitive skin and if you have normal-dry skin for use only throughout the day (in my opinion) and works well as a base for makeup.Perfect day cream

This is a light, neutral moisturiser that doesn't have any fragrance or irritants. It is interesting that among French pharmacy brands you have Avene and La Roche-Posay - which are all about being fragrance-free and simple - and then you have all the heavily perfumed brands. Needless to say, I prefer the former!One of the best !
