I didn't understand the process of a no rinse cleanser until my skin was irritated and dry. Using this on clean skin and leaving it on truly soothes, clams and hdyrates the skin. I would recommend cleansing the skin with alternative cleanser or rinsing this one off if using at night timeGood

I have sensitive skin and got this as a sample. So gentle on my face and my red sensitive skin. I use this in a double cleanse and find if Im particularly flared up this will be helpful to reduce the redness. Recommended.It is just ok
Usually I quite like Avene products and I had a full size one of this to try that I think was a gift with purchase. The texture is lovely, a light oil but the smell is horrible. It also didnt work well with my skin so ended up throwing away. Shame as I love oil cleansers too!Gentle enough

I’m on accutane and was recommended to use this cleanser. I didn’t have any reactions which was great. It’s very gentle on the skin and doesn’t dry out at all. This can be a good or bad thing - in my case, this is just too gentle to cleanse my face properly. I'd rather just use a proper cleanser at night and wash my face with water only in the morning. This cleanser is exactly as its names indicates, gentle. Great if you have super sensitive skin, prone to eczema, or have just over sensitised your skin with too many actives. I love the milky jelly texture and how it glides over the skin. Although it says it doesn't need to be rinsed off I still prefer to splash it away with some cold water.
