This is beautiful for eczema. Does it do anything else? Not sure. I stick to the firm serum plus retinol products now that eczema has gone away. This is so silky and light and for someone with painful dry skin it will be lovely. But does it fix acne scars, promote anti ageing etc? Maybe not.
