It definitely is hydrating but I think there a better options then this oneGreat

Unfortunately after a few uses of this shampoo and conditioner, I have found that my hair does not look washed after I have used it. Maybe I have too much oil in my hair, not sure, but this doesn't work for me.A light shampoo yet still moisturizing!
Aveda always hits the mark with their shampoos and this is no exception! So moisturizing yet does not weight down my hair! Smells lovely too! I feel like I am wrapped up in luxury when I use it :)hydrating and cleansing
This shampoo works well to cleanse and give my hair slight hydration. I do find i have to use more than my usual amount of shampoo to get a good lather through my hair.Really nice hydrating shampoo
This is the best hydrating shampoo I have used for my fine shoulder length hair. It doesn’t weigh it down and it cleanses without drying my hair out. Highly recommend.Amazing shampoo
