Not for me
I have fine hair, oily roots and dry ends. I wanted an every day condition to complement a weekly treatment so thought this would be hydrating without weighing my hair down. It didn't really feel like it hydrated my hair very much, maybe like 3/10. I think the deep would have been a better purchase for me but I've ended up changing brands.fantastic conditioner
