The mini paddle brush is designed with one bristle missing in the bottom, middle half of the brush. This hole is to provide ventilation and to aid in drainage after the brush has been washed. Additionally it helps to prevent any bacterial growth that could occur with pooling water on the inside of the brush.

I bought this brush to use for travelling and it is the perfect size. I find that it works the same as any other hair brush and it is a little pricey. It is a good product but I'm sure there are some less costly mini brushes out there that work the same.The best brush

This is one of the best hairbrushes I've owned - after owning bad quality cheap brushes for so long, I nearly bought a Balmain Gold Spa Brush but decided to save my money and go for this one - I love it so much, any hair in the brush comes out super easy and now I just need a big size too!Not sure if it’s worth it

I have short, fine hair so I chose the mini paddle brush for that reason and the size is perfect for me plus it's a little cheaper. For a high quality brush, the cost is great. I usually use a comb but I'm loving how luxurious this feels and how much more gentle it is on my hair. I'm trying to reduce hair breakage and damage, and so far so good.Yay, finally this brush comes in a mini size!

I absolutely adore Aveda hair products as they are ethical, organic and truly experts about hair. However, for what this brush is... I do not think I am a huge fan and much prefer Tangle Teezers or Nubrushes. I love the feel of the wooden brush. Felt really nice against my scalp. However considering it’s a mini, it was still bigger than a lot of mini on the market. Not easy to fit into a small sized bag. Would also love if the brush bristles are also wooden rather than plastic.nice brush
