I have used some very strong and acidic products on my skin before, but this product has probably put the MOST stress on my skin. After the first time I used it, I had to wait a week before I could use it again because my skin had started to peel. The same happened after the second and third use as well. My skin just wouldn't get used to it and I do not know why. Maybe not the best if your skin is...
I had a sample of this sitting around for a while as I was using up my other spf 15 cream first, I was surprised to see it was tinted upon using it and how amazing it made my skin look! The colour gives me a bit of life on no makeup days and it also smooths my pores
Amazing mask! I love applying it after makeup removal as a final step in my cleansing routine. Although it's a really gentle clay mask It always leaves my skin refreshed and definitely reduces the appearance of pores :)
I'm squeezing out the last drops of this, but I don't know if I'll repurchase it. I don't use spot treatments often because I find they're way too drying—this definitely is NOT overdrying and you can smear it all over without having to worry about it being too harsh. I also like that you can put it on over makeup, as it's clear and dries clear with no residue. I'm not sure if it's super effective,...
I use this product a couple of nights a week (this seems to be ok for my sensitive skin). I find that I wake up after using this with clearer more refined skin. It's also great at clearing the hormonal acne I sometimes get around my chin.
This is a really nice hyaluronic acid. It gives the skin a huge boost of hydration without being heavy. It has a nice texture and it absorbs into the skin nicely. I find that it also makes a huge difference on the fine lines around my eyes.
this is pricey for a cleanser IMO, but an indulgent iso-skincare step (bc what else do we have to do) in my am and pm rotation. I use this either in the morning as a one-step cleanser—put it on before getting in the shower, and leaving it on for a few mins, and either turn the water temp down to rinse it off or get out and rinse. Or in the evening, as a second cleanse.
I received a trial size of this, and it's great but very similar to The Ordinary HA + B5. Maybe slightly heavier. It does give you instant hydration, but quite sticky until it's absorbed—this doesn't bother me, though, because I layer heaps of serums that take ages to all sink in mmmmm
I had a couple of sample sachets of this, and I absolutely LOVE the texture, it is a perfect daytime moisturizer and primer, and I was going to purchase it—but then I realized it's only spf 15 and then I was bummed and did not purchase. what's the point of an all-in-one product if you have to put more sunscreen on?
basically, what everyone else said. I use this frequently, sometimes every other night but eg when I was trying a new / strong retinol product, cut back for a few weeks. Now, I can use them both at the same time—it's that gentle—but definitely best on its own. The rose scented version is very nice, and equally effective.
I use this cleanser when I want a slightly deeper clean in the first step of my skin routine or when I only want to cleanse once. It has a nice texture, doesn't get foamy and washes off really easily. Overall would recommend.
