Directions
Use briefly in the shower every morning (massaging into the skin for 10 seconds), or use 1-2x per week with a 30-second massage. Concentrate on acne-prone or oily areas, such as the sides of the nose, chin, and forehead. Don't scrub too hard though - your skin shouldn't be red after use.
