Directions
This is the only eye colour that you can drop the Cake Line Sealer directly into. (Putting Cake Line Sealer straight on top of a Colour Disc, Ultra Pearl or Eye Patrol will set the whole eyeshadow, permanently damaging the product). Only a couple of drops are needed to wet the Cake Liner – then mix with the brush of your choice to the perfect consistency (slightly thinner than mascara).

Sorry my previous review was meant for china doll eyeliner which is waterproof not sure about this one but my friend says it looks fantastic like liquid liner when you apply the cake eyeliner sealer over it.

Overall

Cake eyeliners will not budge or smudge and this one is fantastic. Love the intense black of equinox. Invest in the angled sable brush to apply it with.
