Directions

Not only for use with loose dusts, any makeup can be intensified and made waterproof when mixed with Cake Line Sealer. Only a couple of drops does the trick, then mix until you have the right consistency (slightly thinner than mascara). For fine eyeliner use 2H Liner Brush. For dramatically defined eyes use 5A Angle Brush. Want more? Mix with Loose Dust and coat lash tips – now you’re in glorious technicolor!

I love the effect the Cake Eyeliner Sealer has. It can hold the intensity of Napoleon Perdis' Loose Eye Dust as well as the Cake Eyeliner and keeps the pigment strong and smudge-free. Genius.
