I'm surprised to see negative reviews on this - I absolutely adore this primer. I use it on myself daily, and compared to others I have tried with a thicker, gel feel to them, I love this lightweight lotion. I think it smells great and has a soothing, cooling effect when I put it on. It sinks into my skin and I'm not left feeling greasy and it has never caused me to break out. It always provides a great base for a wide range of foundations including but not limited to Napoleon's China Doll, Minimal & Light Diffusing foundations.
I also use this on clients and it has always worked well on a range of skins- fair, tanned, asian, mature, acne-prone. It has always helped prep clients skin so that their foundation glides on nicely and I have never encountered a problem with it.
It's more on the expensive side but I love it so much that I always buy it despite the cost. A little goes a long way, while using it on myself almost daily AND on clients, this tube has been known to last me well over a year.

I didnt really use this enough times under foundation to comment on it's use as a primer but I did use it as a moisturiser for a short while. It is lightly moisturising not heavy or greasy and it had a smoewhat smoothing feel and I loved the scent but it is FULL of comedogenic ingredients and could do with an spf to minimize layers of products.

This is the very first primer I ever bought and have stuck to it for about 5 years now. One tube seriously lasts me for a whole year! Amazing! It really does have great staying power and my make-up does not move all day. Makes my skin breathable and no clogging whatsoever. Will be sticking with this until I find a better one.

I wear this primer nearly every day and i am extremely happy with it. It doesn't clog my pores and makes my skin silky smooth. My make up lasts twice as long as it would if i didn't use it.

I really love this primer, it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or clogged. While it is nice under makeup, I prefer to use it, (as suggested by the man himself), mixed with a little bronzer to give me a lovely fresh faced look. It is great to use it this way when you don't have a lot of time but still want to look good, and it is so easy to apply! If you have a little more time, just add a swipe of mascara and a touch of colour on your lips, and you are ready to go! This product is definately worth the $48 and I would definately purchase this again, it has been a god send for me as a new mum.

Love the packaging but that is about all I like about this product. Didn't make any difference to my makeup application or wear. The BECCA Mineral Primer SPF 30+ is a far superior product.

Luckily for me a friend gave me a sachet of this stuff to try. I say luckily because it stopped me wasting my hard-earned cash on this product. I've tried a few different primers in my time and I did not like this primer at all. It did not make my skin feel good at all. It felt very drying and I got it near my eyes and it stung and my eyes felt irritated the rest of the day. Thumbs down from me re this one.

After hearing all the talk from 'beauty experts' about the wonders of Napoleon's Auto Pilot, I thought I'd give it ago. At first, I was impressed - the product really did make my foundation (Estee Lauder DOuble Wear) go on smoother. After a few days I noticed I was getting a few more blemishes than normal, but just dismissed it as stress. After two weeks of usign the product almost everyday my skin was breaking out to the point where it was the worst it ever has been (multiple cystic pimples all over my face) and it made me extremely distressed and unhappy. In a bit to find out what was causing the problem I jumped online and checked the ingredients, and almost all of them contained in Napoleon's Auto Pilot are listed as being highly comedogenic! So not only did I just waste $45 on a product I will no longer use again, I now have a face full of postumes to prove it. Thanks Napoleon.

Auto Pilot Skin Primer is a really good product. It feels light on the skin, gives you a smooth, flawless feel and really helps to keep your foundation on for longer. It also protects you from clogged pores, however a little disappointed with the price increase.

This is a good primer which works well with liquid foundations,however i don't notice any difference with my mineral powder foundation so don't think I would repurchase.It is very light feeling on the skin and sinks in fast so very pleasant to use.
