Directions
Apply a small amount of MD Formulations Continuous Renewal Serum to clean skin once or twice daily. Use morning and night followed by the appropriate MD Formulations "Hydrate" skin care products to achieve optimum results.

Overall

My beauty therapist suggested this product for my skin to prevent breakouts, I didn't have major breakouts before it was just one here and there. Once I started using this product I got more breakouts, it seemed to irritate my skin. The product was extremely expensive so I was very disappointed :-(
