Directions
* To line the eyes: dampen Wet/Dry Definer Brush with water, dip into a darker shade and mix to desired consistency
* To use as eye colour: dampen Wet/Dry Definer Brush with water, dip into a darker shade and mix to desired consistency. Apply to eye and blend colour with Ponytail Brush - using wet leaves a sheen finish
* To create more shimmer apply with dry Wet/Dry Definer Brush
* Set with Kohl Eye Pencils to extend the wear and give added sheen
