Laura Mercier's Kohl Eye Pencil is formulated specifically for lining the inside of the eyelid & the base of the lashes. Allows anyone to easily achieve the perfect "smoky eye." The soft, creamy formula glides easily along the eyelid, creating a smooth & well-balanced line. Contains a thicker diameter than the Eye Pencil to create a more pigmented, dramatic effect.

Directions
Glide the Kohl Eye Pencil along the inside of the eyelid & the base of the lashes for a dramatic look. Smudge as desired. Use Laura's "dot & wriggle" motion to fill the entire lash line at the roots of lashes creating the look of lush, extra full lashes. For a softer look, line above the upper lash line & smudge with the Smudge Brush.
