Ingredients
Talc, propylene glycol, pvp/va copolymer, DEA-C8-18 perfluoroalkylethyl phosphate, sorbitan sesquioleate, polymethyl methacrylate, polyethylene, magnesium myristate, aluminum hydroxide, zinc stearate, mineral oil, tocopherol, ascorbyl palmitate, sodium dehydroacetate, methylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, iron oxides. Directions
Use with the Flat Eye Liner Brush, Pointed Eye Liner Brush or both. Dip the brush into clean water, then work the Eye Liner into a thick paste. Use the point of the Flat Eye Liner Brush to dot Eye Liner between individual lashes - a personal technique of Laura Mercier's. For added definition, use either brush to apply another line of colour just above the roots of the upper lashes & just below the roots of the lower lashes - reapply for added intensity, specifically on the upper lid & at the outer corners. If desired, alter the shape of the line to slightly redefine or enhance the shape of the eyes - slightly lifting the line at the outward corner adds lift to the eye. Afraid of liquid liner? Try this: Create a very sheer line with a drier brush & less water - go over a second time if you want to add more color.
