All L’Artisan perfumes are magnificent, you’ll never feel sorry buying one. L a Chasse Aux Papillons chassing butterflies however is very special perfume. A few years ago my husband walked into their store in Paris and tried to explain to the pretty French girl that he wanted to give me the authentic French perfume experience. She instantly handed him this bottle and in her thick sultry accent explained it was the most sensual perfume in all of Paris – she isn’t kidding! It’s so hard to explain the scents as there are so many layers like all of L''Artisan perfumes. La Chasse Aux Papillons overall is a very pretty scent with a subtle smoky floral undernote that does make you feel incredibly sexy. The price might scare some but not only are you getting a piece of scent mastery you are also getting a true original French perfume, one that lingers, that makes you feel very sexy and one that makes a true signature scent. I always get compliments and until now you could only get it
