Overview
Tart Hair is a medium-hold matte finish gel-cream that vamps up your hair and holds it all night long. Enriched with extracts of Macadamia, Calendula and Aloe Vera, along with essential oils of Tangerine, Geranium and Bergamot, to care for and deliciously scent your luscious locks. Tart Hair offers greater hold than Beach Hair and Bedroom Hair, but less than Cinnamon Wax... it adds more weight to the hair than Rockster Hair and has slightly less hold... and it is less creamy/emollient than Lavender Creme, and sets harder with a matte finish. Tart Hair is particularly recommended for short and super-short styles requiring medium hold and sculpting power; however it can also be used on medium-length layered styles when you really want to vamp it up.

Overall

Hmm .. not sure about this one. Maybe on longer hair it would be good but I found that it never seemed to settle into a dried state, but seemed to be perennially sticky. I prefer Aesop's Wild Lime polish.
