Love this shampoo! It has tamed my frizzy hair, leaves it smooth and silky without weighing it down. My scalp feels clean and it lathers well. Love that it is also sulfate-free as it doesn't cause my scalp to be itchy like most shampoos on the market do today. Smells amazing too! Definitely recommend.very smoothing

It spoiled my hair. No silky, very rough and dry. It is too expensive and its results are very shocking for me. I was so excited to use this product when I was purchasing it but unfortunately, now I am regretting. Was my first ever kerastase product. Has an amazing smell. I never liked the packaging. Just not convenient to be screwing lids in the shower. Apart from that made my hair smoother but I would reach for the moisture range over this.Top dog

the Discipline range is the best for frizzy hair. I have super wavy, frizzy hair and my Fiance has curly hair. This range has done wonders for both of us. Hair is left SOOO soft, hydrated, frizz is tamed, and the proteins in the shampoo are great to stop breakage. Because of the proteins, I alternate this shampoo with other shampoos. So I usually never splurge on a shampoo but thought I would for this- I'm really glad I did! You barely need any to lather over your hair so it'll last a long time ( yay for my wallet). It smells divine! But I 100% understand if frangrance is something you wanted to avoid for sensitivity. But I'd recommend if you wanted something to get the frizz to chillgreat
