Directions

Shake before use. Apply sparingly to fingertips and massage gently over moistened face and decolletage. Remove with damp cotton pads, and rinse thoroughly with cool water. Repeat as necessary.

I accidentally purchased this instead of its foaming counterpart, oops. It is non-irritating, but wouldn't do a lot for anyone with any oil flow and definitely won't remove makeup. I found it to be ineffective when used on moist skin, it seemed to glide over my skin surface rather than grab any grime - so try it on dry skin then mix with water and wipe off with a cloth. Overall, it just wasn't right for me so I'm using it in the morning before I shower - If you have easily irritated dry skin this might be the right one for you.
