I found it effective on the ingrown but wasn’t overly impressed with using this as a toner.

verified purchaserThis product is good. I use it in combination to the Creme Intex 2 for ingrown hairs post waxing. I was recommended the use from my beauty therapist. It is a liquid solution, has a pleasant smell and it has worked well for me. It is great for oily skin. On days when I’m oily I use it as a toner through my t-zone. This product does what it says and in combination with Creme intex 2 it’s great.Good and reliable product
I use this on my combination skin - it has not caused any drying or breakouts and does seem to help with clearing any spots. It is a watery product you can use a cotton pad to apply. It is quickly absorbed and makeup sits well over this product. I would recommend it to anyone with combination to slightly oily or problematic skin.Changed ingredients?
I used to LOVE this stuff when it came as part of a kit for oily and problematic skins (when I was a LOT younger!) However, the ingredients definitely seem to have changed, with the addition of not only menthol but balm mint - both of which I am allergic to. It is unfortunate, as this lotion was awesome in its original form.
