While most products use high alkalinity to soften beard hair, which damages the protective lipid layer of the skin causing irritation, Pre-Shave Guard is a neutral pH, lightweight, protective formula. Pre-Shave Guard prepares skin for shaving by softening the beard in order to minimise razor bumps and ingrown hairs.

Ingredients
Key Ingredients:
- Cooling, antiseptic Camphor helps firm and tone skin to lift beard away from skin for maximum razor closeness
- Clove Flower Oil, a naturally stimulating essential oil, helps open pores and soften beard while soothing skin against the discomfort associated with razor burn
- Menthol imparts a cooling feeling on skin and acts as an anti-inflammatory that helps control itching caused by irritation
- Glycerin and Sodium Hyaluronate moisturize and add lubrication during shaving

Directions
After cleansing, apply a thin layer of Pre-Shave Guard to the beard. Do not rinse off. On top, apply preferred shaving cream or gel. Shave and rinse razor blade often.
