Overall

This 150ml-sized cleanser is going to last me months! I found I only needed 1-2 pumps to cleanse my entire face. I did get a slight tingle from the lactic acid, although I confess I was occasionally lazy and didn’t always massage it in for the full 60 seconds as recommended. If you’re wearing makeup then you’ll definitely need to follow the recommended instructions to use Dermalogica PreCleanse first, as frankly the Tri-Active Cleanse is rubbish at removing makeup. After rinsing off the Tri-Active Cleanse, my skin felt slightly tight; if your skin is really dry or dehydrated I’d probably go with the AgeSmart cleanser instead.
