Overview
Amplifying Shampoo’s gentle suds thoroughly cleanses the hair and scalp while providing lift and body to tired, fine and limp hair. The naturally derived ingredients from coconut oil create the rich lather while Natural Guar (a legume) naturally lifts and adds volume. This unique formula is perfect for all hair types. It will protect the hair’s integrity while completely eliminating dirt, oil and styling residue: the sources of dull hair reduced shine and impaired manageability. Hair will feel clean, shiny and full of body. Even color treated hair will be able to sustain longer lasting results.

Ingredients
Water
Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Myristamine Oxide, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Glycol Stearate - these ingredients compose the cleansers (surfactants) in the shampoo – they are derived from Coconut Oil and are well known to be used in natural products since they are not harsh.
Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride is a derivative of Guar Gum. Natural Guar comes from a drought resistant annual legume grown mostly in India, Pakistan and the US. It is used in foods and natural cosmetics. This derivative is a volumizing ingredient that gives hair natural lift and buoyancy without stiffness.
Tetrasodium EDTA is used as a chelating agent to help the stability of the product. It is used as a food preservative and in Chelation therapy.
Extracts of Blue Algae, Mango, and Kiwi are used to protect the hair. Algae help to strengthen the hair shaft while Mango and Kiwi moisturize.
Orchid, Oat, Cucumber, Burdock, Ivy and Fenugreek extracts are added to keep hair strong, shiny and healthy.
Shea Butter and Cupuacu Butter aid in moisture retention. There are no chemicals used in the extraction of the plants or fruits used in these products - extracts and butters are produced using distillation or cold-pressing of the fruit/nut.
Soy, Wheat and Rice proteins and Amino Acids are used for their ability to help repair hair and protect it from damage caused by combing, heat and other mechanical procedures.
Panthenol (Pro-vitamin B5) derivatives, vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate) and Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate) all are added to protect and nourish hair. Panthenol adds shine and thickening properties.
Amodimethicone is a silicone derivative used to smooth and protect hair form heat damage.
Other ingredients:
Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol, & Sodium Benzoate preservatives are used to protect the consumer from bacterial contamination in handling the product. The preservatives used in this product are on the Ecocert positive list and are used in natural and organic products.

I have bought DB4 wild aid since it came out in Australia, I used to love it but the formula has recently changed and the shampoo is runny, highly perfumed and I would not recommend it at all.

Not suitable for people with oily roots/hair. The liquid itself didn't last very long it just seemed to ooze out of the bottle, you end up using a lot if you're aiming for a good wash. Sensitive for those with less-oily hair. I like that it's a natural option.

I am using the Amplifying shampoo and conditioner on my long fine straight hair. The shampoo is terrific, foams up easily and I seem to have eliminated the flatness I’ve experienced from other shampoos. Hair definitely has more body. Combined with the Amplifying Mouse, my hair now has heaps of body, texture and volume but does feel a little drier. The only negative for me is the Amplifing conditioner. It has zero penetration on my hair and I can not get a comb through the wet tangles. It is far too light. I have returned to Joico intense hydrator conditioner which is one of the few conditioners that makes it possible to get a comb through fine wet hair.

Good shampoo that lathers really well and my hair felt thicker even as I was washing it. Hair feels very clean after washing. I wash my hair every other day and especially in hot weather it can start to look greasy at the roots the evening it is due to be washed, however this has not happened with this shampoo. I am also using he conditioner and my hair feels soft, shiny with more volume.

My first impression of this shampoo when I opened the bottle was wow... What a delicious scent. Subtle, but sweet at the same time. A little of this shampoo goes a long way, it lathers up really well & rinses easily to leave the hair feeling clean & fresh. (and smelling good, of course)
