- Basil
- Bitter orange
- Commom valerian
- Geranium
- Hops (Stimulates)
- Horse Chestnut tree
- Linden
- St John‘s Wort

Directions
- Use in bath or shower, preferably in the evening or after exercise.
- Pour 3-4 capfuls of concentrate into the bath and run water (temperature should not exceed 37°C/98.6°F).
- Apply the foam all over the body before getting into the bath.
- In the shower, apply the product with a damp sponge.

Overall

This scent is an acquired olfactory sensation: it is most distincively herbal-not floral or fruity or even fresh. It reminds me off mosses and pine. I enjoy the smell while in the shower, it's a nice start to the day when all you want to do is go to bed but I wouldn't want to smell like that. It lathers up well and 'does the job', but doesn't especially soften or hydrate though it doesn't strip. It's a nice trial size to receive as a GWP but not something I would go out of my way to purchase.

I received a small sample size bottle of this about some time ago. I have never used soap in the shower again since I used this. My skin is dry and this product just seems to suit it perfectly. As a bonus - no more soap scum to clean up in the shower recess.
