Apply pencil to moisturised lips with light, feathery movements, working from the centre of the lips to the outer corners. If desired, you may wish to soften the pencil outline with the brush tip of the pencil before applying lipstick. When outlining the lips with pencil, draw along the outer edge of the natural line to enlarge the lips, and just inside it to make the lips appear smaller. For a very natural, matte make-up, use the pencil to colour the entire lips. To intensify shine and brilliance, finish with Clarins Lip Gloss.
