- Arnica (Anti-dehydrating, Regenerates, Tones)

Directions

Apply Eye Liner Pencil at the base of your lashes on the upper lid beginning at the outer corner and working in. The line should be thinner towards the inner corner of the eye. Blend and fill in any uneven areas. Repeat on lower lashes if desired.
