Like all the Clarins moisturisers this is a beautiful cream. The texture is light yet substantial enough and it has that unique Clarins smell. Whilst I love every Clarins moisturiser I've ever tried I do find it difficult to tell them apart. One feels very much like another. It is expensive too and whilst the glass jar packaging looks luxe it is not great for travel and I can help feel that all that glass is a bit much.

i have used several sample tubes of this product. I really like this one , i actually really like this whole range . This product absorbs well , yet is definitely moisturising , over time i have noticed a slight firming of my skin , & even better from using the other products in this range. It seems to make my skin plumper & it definitely looks better .Particularly using the complimentary products , though as with many similar products the effects are limited to when you are using it only. [IMO]

I thought this cream may have been too heavy and greasy but I was wrong. The cream soaks in to my skin easily and does not look greasy at all. My lines do look less visible after application and my skin feels soft and my make up glides on easily over the top.

I received a 15ml tube of the Clairns Extra Firming Day Cream recently, and must say that I'm finding it to be such a lovely daytime moisturizer.My very first thoughts about this product, prior to application, was how beautiful it smelled. After application, I was even more impressed. I find this cream to be very nourishing, yet non greasy and can definitely notice a slight lifting and firming effect after each use. Due to it's non greasy texture, I find this a wonderful base for foundations and make-up...They just seems to slide on evenly, effortlessly and have you looking fresh and non patchy all day. I would highly recommend this Day Cream to anyone.

I'm not sure about the extra firming qualities of this moisturiser as I noticed no obvious difference in the firmness of my skin, but this may be due to the fact that I have only just hit 30. Saying this however, I found this moisturiser, like most Clarins creams, was easily absorbed and hydrated my skin well. I like that I got great hydration and could wear this under my tinted SPF and makeup without it feeling to heavy or making my t-zone greasy, so I would actually want to use this one again. Plus I really love the smell of Clarins facial creams!!!

i had a 15ml sample tube , this is a very nice moisturiser , you will over time feel the very slight firming effect , but as with these types of products it only lasts as long as you use the product. the texture is rich but not too much for my combo skin , i used this as both a night cream & a day cream [when not venturing outside]& would be happy to keep using it .

This is a wonderfully rich, but not heavy, daytime moisturiser. I have dry skin, that goes ultra dry in the colder months. This has been wonderfully helpful in combatting that issue. Add in the Clarins UV Plus Protection Day Screen SPF30+ for sun protection, and my skin is happy and safe, even on the coldest days. As with all the Clarins products I have tried, you do not need a lot to get the job done. Great value and very effective.
