Clarins Delicious Self Tanning Cream

Love this. For pale skinned girls though go lightly - the colour is quite strong though a natural tan colour and it does streak if not applied carefully. That said it is easy to apply and the tan lasts a long time - you just have to make sure your rub it in properly.

Clarins have always had great self-tanners and this is no exception. It really is lovely to apply – the texture is beautiful, as with all Clarins products – and the smell is pleasant too. The colour guide is a light caramel colour; enough that you can see if you’ve missed any bits, but not so dark or scary that you couldn’t go out after applying it. The final colour result is just a little darker than a gradual tanner or “tanneriser”, but perhaps not as dark as a full strength tanner like St Tropez or Fake Bake. For this reason you can also use it on the face (which I did and it came out great). I had good intentions of passing this on to Celeste to try after I’d used it once, but I liked it so much I kept it (sorry C!). I’d highly recommend this for tanning newbies, as it’s pretty much impossible to stuff it up and you can always apply another coat if you want to build up the colour.

It's official! I love love love this stufff!!!! My favorite fake tan ever. No joke. Application is a dream, it comes with a handy scoop and it smooths on to the skin like a half cream half gel. It's nice and hydrating and makes myskin soft. This morning I woke up a beautiful natural chocolate brown colour- no orange here! Also, for just about the first time ever I didn't wake up streaky! Miracle! I will continue to buy this over and over again :D
