butter LONDON Nail Foundation Treatment

OMGosh I bought this on a chance and it is amazing.
I have tried the full range of nail products..opi, essie, barielle sally hanson etc but this base coat is like none other. It applies easily and is suprisingly thin. It dries to the most wonderful opaque matt (but with a slight sheen) .looks a beautiful light taupe and easily able to wear by itself but its real value is when you apply your polish you will not believe what a gorgously perfect foundation it gives! I do not normally gush but I am thrilled. I find the final effect as equal to that I achieve when I paint polish over a gel or acrylic nail when I use them. of all the range I would get this (the top coat whilst very good is nothing special for a boutique product and I will probably go back to my faithful sally hanson miracle top coat as i feel it gives a more shiny mani finish that I love)

well to be honest this was the first base coat I''ve ever bought so I haven''t really got anything to compare it to but I am happy with it. I like how it dries quickly & you can tell it''s dry coz it looks kinda matte. I found it does have a pretty strong smell though but it''s not as bad as some of the nail polishes I''ve used. You also have to be careful not to pick the bottle up by the black cap as it is not tight and the bottle will fall.

I am totally enthralled with this range, this nail foundation is an excellent addition because it doubles as a natural pinkish 'buff' colour on top of making a smooth (matte) base for polish. It's great for emergencies too because it doesn't stain the nail so it can be worn without a basecoat. My nails lift and flake regularly so applying a coat of this evens them out nicely. Best of all, these polishes don't smell like a paint store.
