Burt's Bees Orange Essence Facial Cleanser

I really, really loved this product and was so very disappointed when i found out that Burt's Bees parent company test on animals. I have not repurchased any Burt's Bees products since finding out this. The cleanser was really, really nice. Didn't strip my already dry/dehydrated skin. Cleansed very well & had the most beautiful fragrance. So easy to use, just had to apply to damp skin & rinse away. No need to use a wash cloth. Never caused pimples, which i am prone to when using unsuitable products. It was well priced & the tube lasted a long time.

I've tried this twice... On the fence First time I loved it. Goes onto dry skin, melts a bit, you rub it around, then remove it all with a warm damp face washer. I was in love for my slightly dehydrated, sometimes dry sometimes oily skin. But then I got another bottle (this was before it was in Australia/Adore) so got some from ebay. This time it made my skin go warm instantly everytime I tried it. I had to use it to make body scrub. Which incidentally is lovely if you add caster sugar too the scrub away! I blame ebay.

I bought this as a second cleanser to use in conjunction with my Alpha H cleanser. It is VERY gentle, and I love the orange scent! It would be perfect for drier/sensitive skin types because it cleans without stripping the skin of moisture. I use it when my skin is feeling a bit dry. It can leave a film on the skin though. Overall, good value gentle cleanser.
