Directions
Take the cap off and place it onto the end of the pencil. First, shape your brow by very lightly outlining its shape. Now is the time when you can create more arch or length to your brow if needed. Then fill in any small gaps that may appear in the hairs by lightly feathering colour with little short strokes. Finish by blending colour through with the brush. Voila! Now you know how Audrey Hepburn did it. TIP: Optical Effects: To make eyes look open and lifted, slightly arch the brow in the centre and taper brow at a 45 degree angle. Avoid too harsh a downward slope towards the outer corner of the eye. This makes eyes look heavy and little ??.

I have no eyebrows. I have tried everything. Powder just doesn't work for me. Powder looks fake and is always black. I am fair and the Blooms Brow retractable Pencil gives me a natural look. Unless I tell people I have no eye brows they honestly think I do. So I am a convert and think the product is incredible. thanks

This is the softest, most easy to apply pencil I have ever tried-just a few gentle sweeping motions fill-in the gaps and with one flourish of the comb my brows are defined and fabulous-love it!
