Bloom's make-up base is a light weight, pinkish lotion designed to prime the skin ready for make-up application. Infused with Lavender essential oil, calming the skin (ah the aroma of relaxing lavender) fast drying, easily absorbed, oil free. Smooths and preps the skin for the next step, providing extra moisture to ensure longer lasting make-up, with the added bonus of an SPF! Ideal for all skin types, with an easy to use pump action applicator that keeps the bottle from being contaminated. In saying all this though, and being realistic, basically it's just a thin lotion. It's not for me as I could purchase another organic product - minus the parabens and mineral oils.
