Bloom Lip Stain

I'm a big fan of lip stains, they're great for those days when I don't have time to be constantly reapplying my lip colour. I love the way these can be applied sheerly or heavily, depending on the look I'm after. When I just want a light stain I'll use 1 layer, and when I want a deep stain I'll apply 2 or 3 layers. I have this in Rhubarb which is a sheer maroon colour on my pigmented lips. I find that this will last at least half a day on me. It dries really quickly and when it's dry it doesn't budge.

this is lighter than i expected , still a very pretty colour , easy to apply [just don't put a thick balm underneath as the stain won't go on evenly]. Lasted well but not nearly all day & i needed balm over the top as i found it drying.

Love this. Gives a true inky stain to your lips with a texta like applicator. Easy to use and long lasting. You can even apply a balm or gloss over the top without disrupting the colour.

5 stars all round! This is a great, easy to use lipstain. The pen applicator is great because you don't have to use your fingers (and end up with a stained finger - Pink Ink I'm looking at you here!) and is quite precise (unlike the limited edition Revlon Just Bitten lip and cheek stain). Rhubarb is the best colour for me, and I've found the colour is quite buildable. The only problems I've had with it are that the tip of the pen seems a bit dried after a few uses (but the sides are still moist) and a little bit of a 'ink' leaks around the cap. I would definitely repurchase! A greater range of colours would be good though as there are only 4.

I am not super wraped with this product. The colour was a little brighter than I had hoped for. I wanted a 'just bitten' kind of look but it's more of a bright red! Also, for a stain I find it didn't last on my lips that well, so I have to keep re-applying anyway.
