The Bloom Full & Flirty Waterproof Fake Lash Mascara won’t run, smudge or clump. Use it to create high impact lashes and beautifully bold eyes.

The Bloom Full & Flirty Waterproof Fake Lash Mascara was designed and developed in Italy. Its unique cutting edge formula contains 3-D Polymers which form tiny water-resistant tubes around lashes for a fake lash impact and a glossy finish (known as a tubing mascara). Conditioning ingredients Vitamin E and Jojoba oil add nourishing protection and ensure the mascara glides on easily, separating and defining lashes for maximum volume and dramatic length.

Apply as usual. Please note, for removal of mascara, apply warm water and eye makeup remover so that the tiny tubes slide off lashes.

Overall

When you first apply this it really does give a gorgeous fluttery false-lash effect and it goes on really well too, no clumps. It didn't wear very well on me though, I found it to be really flaky so won't be repurchasing.
