Do what the pro's do: Warm the tip of the Eye Definer by rubbing onto your fingertip. This softens the lead and makes the colour glide on effortlessly. For a super intense (and long-lasting) smoky eye makeup, lightly sketch Eye Definer in Black or Dark Brown onto the lid first and blend with fingers. Layer eye shadow in a corresponding colour. This tip is definitely 'budge proof'.
